Cancellations & Refunds
Club Membership:
For all cancellations and reschedule requests, students must notify New Horizons at least 5 or more business days prior to the date of the scheduled class (letter fax or E-mail will be accepted). Club Members who are unable to cancel their scheduled class as outlined above will be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee per class cancelled. The cancellation fee of $50.00 must be paid before taking any other classes. Students who no show for a scheduled class will also be assessed the cancellation fee of $50.00 and will be required to pay before taking any other classes. If you are certain that you will not be able to attend a scheduled class, we ask that you reschedule as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees and so that we may accommodate other students that may be on stand by. Technical Classes, Coupons, Technical Tracks, and Open Enrollments:
For all cancellations and reschedule requests, students must notify New Horizons 10 or more business days prior to the start of their technical class. Students that cancel and/or re-schedule classes within 10 days of a Technical class will be responsible for the full amount of invoice. All associated courseware will be shipped upon payment and students will be allowed to re-schedule and repeat courses in accordance with New Horizons' six month free retake policy. Private Events:
If you cannot run an event for which you hold a reservation, please notify New Horizons at least 10 business days prior to the date of the class. You may be assessed a 50% charge for events cancelled less than 10 business days prior to the event or 100% charge if less than 5 business days. If you cannot attend, please cancel as soon as possible.
Application Classes and Coupons:
For all cancellations and reschedule requests, students must notify New Horizons 5 or more business days prior to their scheduled class for Application courses. Students that cancel classes within 5 business days for classes will be charged the full amount of the class or the appropriate number of coupons with those coupons being decremented from the companies coupon pool and will be allowed to repeat courses in accordance with New Horizons' six month free retake policy.
